Job Description

We #39;re hiring!Job Title: Product TesterJob DescriptionThe Product Tester will join our RMA Team to support the overall flow of the department. This role involves managing returns and warranties, focusing on efficiency and quality. It is dynamic and will evolve with the business #39;s needs.The core focus of the role will be in testing and documenting and warrantying of various products with respective manufacturers. Each product tester has a target of the number of units to complete within a given period of time.Key Responsibilities:Returns Management:- Process and respond to incoming product returns.- Test returns to identify product issues.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.- Contact manufacturers and suppliers for warranty processing.- Work with partners to handle returns, refunds, and repairs.- Package and process inbound/outbound shipments.- Develop product testing guides and improve testing efficiency.- Implement and update processes for 100% accuracy in tracking product returns (RMA process).Customer Service:- Communicate status updates into system.- Document common issues for future reference.- Documentation:- Analyze data to identify trends in repair and replacement requests.- Maintain 100% accuracy in product tracking.- Document key processes and streamline for efficiency.- Monitor warranty information and vendor policies.Qualifications:- Highly comfortable with Consumer Grade Electronics/ Tech- Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Testing or similar function or relevant educational training/background.Preferred Prerequisites:- Tech-savvy with a passion for technology.- Experience in troubleshooting electronics.- Customer service experience.- Detail-oriented and highly organized.Powered by JazzHR
