Be the chef in your home kitchen and try PORTA today.The Role:We are seeking a Shift Manager to oversee PORTA #39;s operations, reporting to the Production Manager and overseeing a team of 20-25 team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring food safety, optimizing productivity and efficiency, and managing multiple teams, including Packaging, Pizza Topping, Ingredient Prep, and Wash Bay areas. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Each area is vital to our production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team cohesion in their respective areas.RequirementsFood Safety and Quality:
