Job Description

Subsidiary: Miller Paving LimitedAs a Ready Mix Driver, You Will:

  • Operate a ready mix truck in a safe and efficient manner
  • Mix and deliver concrete to customers on a timely basis according to ticket instructions
  • Observe safe work practices, adhering to all company policies
  • Communicate with dispatcher (on site, off site, in yard or stopping)
  • Maintain all driving records
  • Maintain clean and mechanically sound trucks and equipment
  • Other duties as determined by Plant batcher/dispatcher
What Youll Bring
  • Valid DZ driver’s license with a clean Driver’s abstract and CVOR, required
  • Previous experience operating a Ready Mix truck would be an asset
  • Knowledge of operating equipment
  • Basic understanding of concrete would be an asset
  • Must be a team player with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as required
