Job Description

Position Summary: Are you an Instagram enthusiast Do you have a passion for content creation and brand development Then we are interested in hearing from you!Being part of a small team, you’re not just another employee. It’s important that your talents are evolving, and you continue to foster brand awareness and social media engagement.This role requires you to develop marketing strategies, optimize digital campaigns and increase brand awareness focussing on Instagram.Responsibilities:

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns from conception to launch on Instagram platform
  • Create concise, eye-catching, and creative social media posts that engages audience
  • Develop campaign reports, analyze the results, and refine the social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement levels and drive sales.
  • Brand ambassador: growing the company’s social media presence on Instagram and working with the executive team to drive the strategy
  • Keep up to date with trending topics and adapt to social media strategy to boost social media traffic.
  • Consistently brainstorm new ideas and strategies to generates new leads, followers and increases our brand engagement.
  • Maintain and ensure consistency in brand voice while adapting to different social media platforms.
  • Working collaboratively with the marketing team and other stakeholders to create campaigns that address all stages of the customer journey.
  • Analyze engagement data. Set key performance indicators (KPIs) such as a target number of community views, sales, likes or shares for social media campaigns.
  • Provide insights and counsel to social, creative, marketing teams on insight driven content strategies for building brand awareness and sales, championing creative work that will work across all channels and best practices in content strategy, (video, social, website), community management and social engagement
  • Other matters related to the business, as required.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • You need to understand algorithms and be an Instagram expert
  • Firm understanding of brand strategy and development.
  • Inherent understanding of writing for a target audience(s) and with specific marketing campaign objectives in mind.
  • Minimum 3 years progressive experience in a social media role
  • Have a genuine passion for social media and content creation
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • The energy to always want to be the best at what you do!
