Job Description

The Job at a GlanceThe Team Lead is responsible for working with the team to support incoming calls, emails and day-to-day inquiries and escalations. They assume designated responsibilities of the Manager when they are unavailable and partner with other leaders for support. Success within this demanding position requires a passion for providing great customer service, the capacity to multi-task, and a dedication to accuracy.     • Provide personalized support for key customers to build long-lasting relationships
    • Promptly support daily inquiries and assistance by team members while supporting the inbound phone and email queues.
    • Interact with team members to achieve optimal response time to customer requests
    • Interact successfully with all levels of employees within the organization
    • Exercise discretion and make decisions in a time sensitive environment when Manager is unavailable.
    • Adaptability/versatility for changing workloads and priorities
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Assisting team members in achieving personal goals and objectives
    • Regularly collaborate with Manager on discussions, projects, etc.
    • Work with the team on designated tasks and provide feedback where applicable
To Land This Opportunity
    • Minimum high school graduation required
    • Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Customer Service role
    • Supervisory experience an asset
    • Must have experience with a current ERP system
    • Demonstrated ability and proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
    • Minimum 50 wpm
    • Ability to keep information confidential
    • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
