American Income Life has served families since 1951 with life, accident, and supplemental health products to help protect members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families.We are looking for a part-time Appointment Setter to be a crucial part of our incredible team. This is a dynamic role where you will be interacting directly with our customers and set qualified appointments for our sales team.• Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company.• Working from scripts and lists of contacts to promote our products and services by telephone.• Make outbound calls with the goal to convert 50-60% to appointments.• Field incoming phone calls with the objective of converting them to confirmed appointments.• Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect.• Learn about what we do and properly explain/answer questions about the products and services to the potential clients while booking appointments• Record any necessary notes to follow-up action and updating marketing database to reflect changes to the status of the customers• Submitting periodic reports on telemarketing activities and results• Use Zoom to schedule consultations.• Proven track record of working as an appointment setter or similar role.• Top notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills• Prior sales experience• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail• Excellent phone etiquette• Professional and courteous disposition• Basic computer literate• Persuasive and result-orientedThis role requires 2 devices - One MUST be a laptop along with a second device that can be either another laptop OR a tablet OR a phone.Flexible work-from-home opportunityComplete training guide and learning support.Exposure in a fast-growing company that has been in the industry for over 50 years.Potential for flexible schedule after 6 months of continuous employment with us and growth opportunities.Powered by JazzHR
