  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their financial goals, needs, and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and insurance solutions, including life insurance, health insurance, and investment options.
  • Develop customized financial plans and recommendations tailored to each client’s individual needs.
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, reviews, and personalized service.
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and risk factors, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Manage client accounts efficiently, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, insurance policies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., insurance licenses) are advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
