The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.Position OverviewThe incumbent participates as an active member of the treatment team carrying out specific therapeutic and rehabilitative interventions with patients based on recovery/treatment plans which have been developed following the Psychosocial Rehabilitation model.Provides patients with supervision and guidance, assistance with personal care, comfort and support in going about daily living, therapeutic and recreational activities in a safe manner.ExperienceExperience providing care and support to persons with disabilities preferred.Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)Minimum Grade 10 education, Manitoba standards, required.Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course preferred.Certification/Licensure/RegistrationNot applicableQualifications And Skills Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written).
