Job DescriptionChecks front office accounting records for accuracy and, on a daily basis, summarizes and compiles information for the hotel's financial records. Tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics. Prepares a summary of cash, checks, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day. Posts room charges and room taxes, completes end of day reports, posts additional charges not posted during the day. Verifies all postings and charges made during the day by GSA's and any other PMS users. Is able to function as a front desk agent especially in terms of check-in, check-out procedures. Run End of Day process & email reports for management. Must cross-train in all departments of hotel. Must be knowledgeable with accounting system from Head Office.
