The SHHP Technology consists of casing the concrete in a Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Stay-In-Place form, and allows HPSH to market new precast concrete or cast-in-place concrete products, such as beams, columns, utility poles, bollards, and many other types of precast concrete products.These new structures will make it possible to meet the needs of the industry in terms of performance, aesthetics, durability, and thus allow customers to achieve their most ambitious objectives, namely:
  • have a positive impact on the environment
  • offer unparalleled durability (to de-icing salts, humidity and harsh chemical environments)
  • offer unequaled mechanical performance (resistance capacities, in the face of extreme loads: earthquake, explosive loads, tornadoes, impact, etc.)
  • offer a choice of color, allowing to give an architectural “look”
The HPSH startup has woven a network of municipal and Para municipal partners, private manufacturing companies, engineering firms, and now aims to develop and market its products as widely as possible.YOUR CHALLENGES
  • Develop the companys strategic plan for the short-, medium- and long-term targets.
  • Implement the strategy to carry out the business plan and manage its implementation, including the search for private and public funding.
  • Develop the different sectors of the market and build solid relationships with customers.
  • Ensure organizational alignment with stakeholders.
  • Actively supervise the services of the experts placed under his supervision and ensure a service that meets the expectations of the partners.
  • Seek constant improvement in costs and operating methods and take the necessary measures to achieve this.
  • Demonstrate dynamic and positive leadership in accordance with the values ​​of the company.
  • Establish operational standards and ensure that performance objectives are set and achieved.
  • Represent the organization to the public, key stakeholders, and investment and business partners.
  • Support the organizations strategic alliances and partnerships.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Businessman, strategic and visionary, you have the ability to establish a strategic plan and manage its implementation by mobilizing your team and your partners.
  • University education, business administration, or engineering management, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, operations and management, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of the business environment and business start-ups.
  • In-depth knowledge of human, material and financial resources management is sought, including operations planning, asset maintenance, purchasing, facilities management and operations.
  • Ability to build high performing teams and promote unity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and organize multiple priorities.
  • Master computer tools such as the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) and great ease in verbal and written communications.
