Job Description

Doo Studio is BRP’s newly created global internal creative and production studio. Composed of multidisciplinary content production experts, Doo Studio supports BRP’s portfolio of brands in the development of multi-channels content initiatives, handling creative development, production management, post-production, and digital activation. Doo Studio operated from anywhere, with hubs located in Montreal, Sherbrooke, and Plano.DOO Studio, BRPs Sherbrooke content production studio is looking for a producer for the Ecomm image creation needs.In close collaboration with BRPs marketing teams and within the studio team, the producer will be responsible for the execution of photo and video production projects mainly related to its Ecomm operations. The producer will ensure that production projects and objectives are met. The ideal candidate has great attention to detail and relevant knowledge in fashion and studio image production of various types for e-commerce purposes.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTake charge of all stages of production, from the first point of contact of ideation of the concept, to the development of the production strategy, through the evaluation of the feasibility, from casting to delivery.Oversee all production components (budgets, schedule, shoot, post, legal, contracts, planning, distribution)Collaborate with all of BRPs various international marketing teams to optimize synergies.Participate in planning processes with the ability to work with external and internal directors, photographers and production partners.Create and manage production and post-production schedulesEnsure that the project respects the allocated budget, required deliverablesEnsure invoicing and project closureCollaborate with multiple partners at onceSupervise the work of coordinators to whom a task has been delegatedApplication of BRP production practices and collaboration in the development of the Sherbrooke Studio.Informs the production manager of the studio on a weekly basis of the activities of his projectsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSStrong ability to manage several elements of photo projects in the studio and teams at the same time for projects of various sizesAbility to work directly with internal marketing teams, and multiple external partners and talent at once.Strong negotiation skillsStrong technical knowledge of photo production and post-productionIndependent and curiousEnergetic personalityFlexible and open-mindedExtremely resourceful, ability to work under pressureOrganized and detail orientedSolution-focusedAssume leadership and suggest creative solutionsADDITIONAL INFORMATIONAvailable to work at the Sherbrooke studio location.Participate in large-scale and global projects and meet challenges in a context of effervescence, growth and constant change related to the creation of an internal studio.Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)Quick Apply
