Job Description

Are you a people person Are you interested in leading a team in a manner that encourages personal and professional growth We would love to meet you!*What does your typical day look like*

  • Develop and support employees through training, skill development, coaching, career-pathing, motivation, performance evaluation and clear communication of expectations on an ongoing basis;
  • Identify issues and opportunities, analyze trends and data to optimize the team throughout and the claimant journey
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity and to provide feedback to employees on a continuous basis;
  • Ensure daily goals, priorities and work assignments are clear for team members;
  • Participate in strategic initiatives in support of organizational goals;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in all aspects of the department, and propose solutions to help implement them.
*What skills and training do you need*
  • Two or more years of relevant or supervisory experience;
  • Bilingual French considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent leadership skills;
  • Planning, time management and organizational skills;
  • Goal oriented and results driven.
