Reporting to the Team Leader Workforce Management, the person is responsible for the workforce for all Contact Center teams. The Workforce Planner is responsible for the day to day management of schedules according to the incoming calls and works closely with the team leaders and assistant team leaders in order to make the appropriate decision to meet the service level target.
