Rental of storage space, tracking of availability, sending out annual Storage contracts and seasonal updates to customers.Booking Accomodations, scheduling arrival times, greeting guests on arrival, plus other duties as required.Accounting duties to include but not limited to customer invoicing, processing payments, collecting receipts, maintaining customer files, updating of excel files, verifying and entering of A/P invoices, tracking of credit card expenditures, reporting to Owner and BookkeeperPrevious office/accounting experience necessary.
