Based on past knowledge, you provide progressive human resource guidance and take great pride in fostering and coaching excellence in people management practices.You provide expertise in the areas of recruitment and selection, employee and union relations, performance management, employee development, and collective agreement interpretation and application. A change agent, you welcome and create opportunities to promote high performance and optimize productivity in a fast-paced unionized environment.Your background includes a post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field, and/or at least 3 years of progressive generalist experience in a human resources function. You have well developed verbal and written communication skills, are well organized and you are a self-starter who is able to work independently. You demonstrate sensitivity, objectivity, confidentiality and professionalism when handling all human resources issues.
