Job Description

Gartside Marine Engines are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. We are a family-owned Marine Engine business based in Sidney and Oak Bay and are seeking someone to assist with all aspects of running our busy Sidney head office. We have been providing mechanical services to the local marine community for over 30 years, and are also the Canadian distributor for Beta Marine engines supporting sales, service and delivery across Canada.Ours is an informal and friendly environment and the successful applicant will enjoy being a key member of the team.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process A/R, A/P, Payroll, Banking
  • Ordering/Shipping/Tracking and Receiving products
  • Answer phones and email enquiries
  • Other administration and managerial duties as required
  • Work closely with Management and other administrative staff
QUALIFICATIONS
  • QuickBooks or similar experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Excellent communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
This is a full-time position, hours 8:00-4:30 Monday-FridayJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $25.00-$30.00 per hourBenefits:
