Job Description :“We connect communities and customers to the people and places important in their lives”OPERATIONAL TRAINING ADVISORSwartz BayYou are a leader, and your goal is to act as a field expert on all aspect of company training activities. You work well in a team environment as well as independently.Your role is to liaise with various departments to obtain scheduling information, extract and manipulate information from Oracle Training Administration, and HRMS, and maintain all related data entry. This also includes conducting the necessary analysis to determine appropriate course scheduling and attendees, contributing to the development and administration of the annual Company training plan, schedule and budget, and overseeing arrangements for training events. You will work with inter-divisional teams, select, create contracts and liaise with external contractors, arrange purchase orders, monitor and reconcile expenditures, code invoices and contracts. You will assist with selection, delegation, performance and development of internal trainers as well as program development and instructional design.You are able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. You are familiar with website maintenance, and have intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, and experience with Oracle-based programs.You bring endless energy and have excellent customer service skills with a strong aptitude for coaching/training. You have formal education in the field of adult education or instructional design, or relevant work experience, or interest and commitment to pursuing formal training in these areas.
