Your role is to ensure exceptional technical support while providing first-level support for the Fresche Solutions toolset and working closely with the customers, the support team, and the development teams.In your day-to-day you will be responsible to:

  • Provide 24/7 technical support for Fresche’s products
  • Create regular knowledge base articles for Fresche’s supported products
  • Escalate issues to the Development/Engineering teams
  • Manage timely updates, delivery of product fixes and new releases to customers
  • Be involved with the Support and Development teams by participating in regular meetings
  • Oversee all technical issues to ensure customer success
  • Provide customer training including liaising, scheduling training and travel arrangements; and internal staff training for Fresche’s products
  • Assist customers on product trials by providing customer support, examples, and proof of concepts
What you should have
  • 4 years + of relevant experience in customer or product support
  • Experience with Windows Server and Linux Administration
  • Excellent communication with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Operational knowledge of call centers terminology and telephony
  • Knowledge of Avaya specific is a plus
