  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent. Preference may be given to applicants with some post-secondary education or formal training in office or business administration, contract administration, basic accounting or related field.
  • Experience providing a comprehensive range of administrative and/or financial support in a busy, high-volume public or private sector office setting.
  • Experience drafting or preparing a variety of documentation including database tracking, reports, spreadsheets, budgetary, financial and contract-related forms and documents.
  • Experience in contract administration, including preparing contract documents, coding, ensuring accuracy of billing, etc.
  • Experience interacting with and providing support to managers and staff, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
