Human Resources Business PartnerArmstrong, B.C.Are you an experienced Human Resources Generalist Do you want to help build a company culture that drives safety and engagement If so, we want to hear from you!The Armstrong Site HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides the functional expertise and foundational people support to drive safety, engagement and productivity results within four unionized Business Units. The HRBP is a proactive support service for Operations, providing professional guidance, assistance and expertise related to Tolko’s people practices.The HRBP will handle generalist responsibilities in a unionized environment including onboarding new employees; training and development; employeeamp; labour relations; union relations; performanceamp; talent management; recruitment workflow; people metrics collectionamp; reporting; safety program support; and partnership with line management to solve people and business problems or support special projects.
