Job Description

Pembina Co-op is hiring a full-time Meat Cutter at our newest Food Store location in Souris, MB.Who we are:Co-op does business differently. To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.pembinaco-op.crs.What you #39;ll do:Reporting to the Food Store Manager, the Meat Cutter will be responsible for the ordering and preparation of both meat and deli, including cleaning, cutting/trimming, displays and pricing. This position performs general housekeeping duties in compliance with our Healthamp; Safety program and government food and sanitation standards. Achieving established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery as well as identifying areas for improvement is essential.This position may be considered a training position for future management roles.Why it matters:Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.   • You have Grade 12 education.
  • You have relevant customer service experience and work experience in a meat department setting.
