Our passion for our craft fuels every project we touch.JOB OVERVIEWAs the QA Auditor at KF Aerospace Defence Programs, you will report to the Maintenance Manager for duties relating to the QA System in compliance with the Maintenance Control Manual and the Canadian Aviation Regulations.RESPONSIBLITIESo Carry out internal audits as required by the company Maintenance Control Manual and the Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM)o Conduct QA inspections using checklists and assist in training company personnel in the required inspectionso Review/audit paperwork related to work performed on four fleets of aircraft.o Participate in assessing Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, Service Information Letters and other relevant datao Support and assist affiliated company QA audit activities with developing procedures, checklists, and inspection reportso Identify, initiate, recommend or provide solutions to quality problems through designated channelso Ensure that the development, delivery, and effectiveness of all training programs relevant to the departments are met on a consistent and timely basiso Monitor the following:§ Contract AMOs for compliance with contract requirements§ Maintenance personnel training records§ Aircraft technical records§ Aircraft maintenance schedules and tolerance issuanceo Retain and safeguard audit documents, ensure confidentiality, and treat privileged information with discretion.o Liaise with the CFTS QA Manager and the KF Aerospace QA team as requiredREQUIREMENTS · Minimum Grade 12 graduate or equivalent· Minimum 2 years’ experience in analyzing, reporting, and auditing· Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license or applicable experience would be considered an asset· Understanding of the Canadian Aviation Regulations· Must consistently demonstrate a high level of competency in the following areas:
