Position ScopeThe Operations Trainer is an experienced and passionate Operations professional who will be responsible to establish and maintain a high standard of competency within the organization, primarily focusing on Operations. Through collaboration with Carbon Engineering Leadership, HSE, Operations and Maintenance disciplines you will develop and administer an effective and sustainable training program, as well as assess effectiveness and engage in continuous improvement initiatives. As the training program becomes embedded in the Operations organization there will an opportunity to expand this program to include Maintenance, Engineering and the broader organization. This position is a full-time, 40hrs/week position.This position is eligible for the 9/80 work schedule to offer a flexible work schedule.
