At Repell, you’ll help inspire that magic by enabling our teams to push the limits of customer service!The Pest Control Operator takes care of every aspect within pest management services. This includes structural pests, rodent control, cockroaches or wood destroying organisms, native and exotic wildlife, and mosquitoes. Pest Control Operators perform both preventive maintenance and project work. The field service position may include work from elevated platforms and confined spaces throughout Central Ontario.Responsibilities :

  • Apply granular, liquid, dust, gel or ULV application for pests
  • Respond to nuisance wildlife calls which may include skunks and raccoons
  • Diagnose existing and potential pest issues during routine inspections
  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure that all work is completed
  • Navigate company-required training and evaluation sessions for both pest control and other regulatory required programs
  • Work in an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) environment
  • Team members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required
Basic Qualifications :
  • Valid Ontario drivers’ license
  • Minimum of 3 years’ documented pest control experience under a licensed operation, and/or a college degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of Pest Management
  • Maintain a valid pest technician license
  • Knowledge of common Ontario pests, wildlife, and their signs
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Pest Control License
  • Experience working in the Pest Control
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, PermanentSalary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
