Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional individual to fill a part-time hourly position as part of the passionate Supercraftâ„¢ family. As a Supercraft Budtender , we expect your passion, curiosity and experience with cannabis to shine. Previous work experience is an asset but not required. We are looking for someone with top notch customer service experience who is willing to go the extra mile for customers. We are big on having a positive attitude and team focused mentality and are looking for an individual who will fit in with the group. Enjoying yourself and creating a positive vibe is a requirement! You are responsible for greeting customers, creating a healthy and positive work environment, helping clients, keeping the store clean and tidy, managing stock levels and the sales floor and completing sales transactions.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and product knowledge to clientele on the sales floor with a 1-on-1 educational experience.
  • Keep up to date on in-stock and incoming product information.
  • Restocking, cleaning and general sales floor maintenance.
  • Must be willing to do deliveries to the surrounding area.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment but also be able to be independent and self-sufficient.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Must have your Smart Choices certificate.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Create a positive work environment.
  • Maintain a variable schedule based on customer demand.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Pre-Employment criminal background check
