Job Description

We are looking for a Prefinish Coordinator to join our Painting team on the day shift. This is a full-time position.Duties:

  • Coordinate prefinish orders between picking, dipping, and painting to ensure parts are processed at correct times to ensure efficient and on time flow
  • Work with wood inventory to maintain prefinish wood inventory levels
  • Receive painted prefinish loads for assembly to pick
  • Close out prefinish picklists when orders are complete online
  • Manage prefinish overstock quality
  • Manage prefinish rush orders
  • Partner with assembly to resolve prefinish wood inventory issues
  • Provide production updates to leadership
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Work independently
  • Ability to flex to other areas as required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to lift to 25 pounds frequently; climb stairs and ladders; reach at, above and below shoulder height; maneuver carts
Assets:
  • Wood Inventory knowledge
  • BT certificate
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Wood Automation knowledge
  • Computer experience in AS400 or willingness to learn
