Job Description

Kinder Korner Early Learning Centre is looking to hire Early Childhood Educator IIs to work in one of our 3 locations in Steinbach. We provide care to infants, toddler, preschoolers and school age children.We are looking to fill full time spots at our 3 locations in Steinbach. The starting wage is $19.50.Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner
  • Implement creative activities to assist with all areas of child development
  • Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
  • Perform a variety of tasks, such as dressing, feeding, and overseeing play
Qualifications:
  • Must have Early Childhood Education diploma from an accredited college. As well as ECE II classification from the Province of Manitoba.
  • Current First aid and CPR certificate
  • Provide a clear Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check within 3 weeks of hiring.
  • Must possess a strong professional work ethic, be punctual and reliable
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
  • Positive and patient demeanor
