Kinder Korner Early Learning Centre currently has openings for ECE IIs for our multisite organization.The successful applicant must meet the following criteria:1. ECE II certification from the Province of Manitoba2. Clear current Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry checks3. Current First Aid/CPR level C certification4. Must display Professionalism at all times5. Working knowledge of Best Practices, MELCC licensing6. Be outgoing, motivated, understanding, self-sufficient with strong solution based problem solving skills7. Must demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills8. Believe in a strength based approach to teaching children and mentoring employees.9. Be available for opening and closing shifts each week to meet ratios and foster family/center communicationResponsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to:1. Programming and implementation of daily activities in all developmental areas using age appropriate activities.2. Attendance tracking3. Ensuring a safe, inclusive, positive and healthy environment for children, families and employees4. Follow all policies and protocols set in place by the Province, MELCC and the organization5. Foster positive relations with the organization and community6.
