Job DescriptionWe are looking to fill Lead Hand positions to complete exterior building envelope systems, siding, soffit/fascia, eavestrough and window/door installs on residential house, custom homes, multi-family condominiums and commercial retail units.The Lead Hand operates second in command to the Site Foreman and should have the ability to take on scopes of work given from the Site Foreman with an additional 1-2 crew members, executing top quality work, efficiently. The Lead Hand operates as the on site Safety Representative.Roles & Responsibilities:- Arrive to work prepared and on time.- Carry yourself with a positive attitude.- Be a team player.- 2+ years of experience.- Ability to lift 40+ lbs consistently.- Ability to work at heights.- Must have a strong attention to detail.- Must have reliable transportation to shop and drivers license.- Previous safety training considered an asset, willing to train the right candidate.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$23.00 per hourAdditional pay:
