It is our sincere passion to see people deepen in their faith with Jesus, whether they have just met Him, or have walked with Him for 50 years! We always aim to be rooted in the Bible and want to see God’s flock growing in their knowledge of the Word.But we aren’t done. There is still more growth and development work to do. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE:

• The main preaching pastor
• Providing teaching and mentorship to old and young alike in our congregation, and our community
• Working closely with our Youth and Christian Education Pastor
• Regularly visiting people from our church family that are in and around the community
• Providing leadership and vision, along with the elder board, for the church
• Providing a positive attitude to share with your teammates, volunteers, and fellow Church members
• Given the opportunity to learn and develop personally and professionally

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:We are looking for someone with these amazing skills:

• Biblical knowledge and understanding (Bible College or Seminary is an asset)
• An ever deepening relationship with God
• Organizational Skills: keeping your desk, your calendar, and your commitments organized
• Speaking and teaching: delivering powerful, well thought out messages on Sunday mornings, among other times, in a meaningful way that reaches a wide variety of people
• Communication Skills: keeping people up to date; sharing your calm, not joining their chaos

Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a criminal record check and child abuse registry checksCOMPENSATION:Salary based on skill and prior experience.40+ hours per weekJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $15.00-$30.00 per hourSchedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

• STEINBACH, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
