Job Description

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join the TD Fab team on the Day Shift. This is a full-time position. Duties:

  • Operate equipment according to safe operating procedures
  • Ensure components are within tolerances, meeting specifications and quality standards
  • Ensure work area is kept clean and free of safety hazards
  • Ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
  • Identify, address, and communicate issues as they arise
  • Flex and cross train as required by leadership.
  • Communicate all possible situations regarding production, quality, personnel, and safety to leadership
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written (in English)
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Perform preventative maintenance as required.
  • Able to program equipment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage workload
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings, take and interpret measurements
  • Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly
