Job Description

The Edge Lounge & Nightclub is looking for a fun and serious bouncer/security! We want someone super personable yet can put their foot down when needed! WE ARE BRAND NEW OWNERS SINCE 2019! New Owners, New management, New Ideas! Welcome!If you’re looking for a great place to work, come and apply today! Drop off your resume at the Edge Lounge with the attention to Cody.Nightclub Security Bouncer Duties:

  • Work primarily inside of our nightclub or at the door.
  • Patrols exterior and parking lot sometimes.
  • Bathroom checks.
  • Wear a distinctive uniform or all black.
  • Positioned with an unobstructed view.
  • Monitor patron behavior and level of intoxication.
  • Enforce club rules often with early warnings.
  • Patrons that show disrespect or aggression are to be taken out immediately.
  • Removes obnoxious and offensive persons.
  • Always professional when asking patrons to leave.
  • Implement a policy to ban persons who like to fight, or gives us trouble..
  • Use force only in self-defence or detention for police.
  • Calls the police to enforce criminal acts, as required.
  • Must control the over-service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Must control over-crowding and club intensity.
  • Controlling aggressive behaviors by individuals.
  • Must control parking lot for loitering, drugs, traffic, and liter.
  • Partnership with the police and liquor licensing agency.
Must be stern, positive, energetic, takes charge.You will be working with 2-4 other security personnel as well, so team work goes a long way!
