Hanover Dental is Hiring an Office Manager!Expected start date: ImmediatelyJob Type: Full-time, Permanent, Salary, BenefitsWe are actively looking for an Office Manager to join the team at Hanover Dental in Steinbach, Manitoba.The Office manager plays a critical role within the practice, charged with, leading the team, driving efficiencies and performance, and enhancing the overall patient experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for patient care, in support of our commitment to being leading Oral Health care providers. This position will assume fiscal responsibility of the Dental business operations, efficient staffing and scheduling models, and policy/procedure development as required.Major Responsibilities include, but not limited to: · Lead, collaborate and motivate the team to identify areas to improve productivity, drive efficiencies and focus on optimal patient care and retention· Build and maintain the team through effective hiring, training, ongoing performance management, and employee relations in support of our culture and vision.· Strong commitment to maintaining health and safety operational standards consistent with regulatory requirements and protocols.· Regularly coach, communicate and develop staff to meet and understand performance standards while cultivating and fostering a first in class working environment for all employees· Accountable for achieving financial objectives, optimizing labor models, consumables, and other controllable expenses.· Organize and oversee supply purchases, equipment upgrades and operational expenses.· Write internal and external business correspondence, liaise with third party suppliers and contractors as requiredQualifications: · 3-5 years of recent and relevant experience working in a management role, specifically, managing business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and management of personnel· Strong business acumen and experience in managing profit & loss, forecasting and budgeting.· Experience working in the Dental field is considered an asset, but not required.Please submit resume with cover letter.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:
