Job Description

We are looking for a positive, hardworking, passionate Real Estate Assistant to work in our team.Role & Responsibilites include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with Marketing and promotions
  • Organize filing systems, e-mail and appointments
  • Manage MLS Database entry
  • Manage and improve social media
  • Add new lists, maintain and update website content
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be added
Qualifications
  • Organized and punctual
  • Team-oriented personality
  • Multiple task and handle multiple requests
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Computer skills preferred – Including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
  • Administrative, accounting and marketing experience preferred
  • Impeccable attention to detail
Job Type: Part time, PermanentJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 10-30 per weekSalary: $11.95-$25.00 per hourSchedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Steinbach, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
