Your days will include:
  • Source and recruit candidates using a variety of strategies
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages
  • Deliver employment offers and negotiations in accordance with company policy
  • Develop a solid understanding of the business units in HyLife, job requirements, and the required knowledge, skills, and abilities required for each role
  • Support the development of job descriptions and job posting creation
  • Coordinate background checks, social media scans, and skill testing
  • Administer and submit all hiring, promotions, and transfer documents to HR team members
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting of various recruitment metrics
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • Certificate in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Experience working in an ATS system
  • Experience utilizing social media as a recruitment tool
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
