We are looking for a mature & responsible Retail Sales Associate to join us as a part of the Oakridge Team! The right applicant is someone who is passionate about customer service and the fashion, gift and plant industry. Our Sales Associates are responsible for providing the Oakridge - Boutique experience to each one of our customers that walk through the doors.We are focused on the personal shopping experience with emphasis on helping inform customers about our products while finding and styling the pieces that work best for their lifestyle. Through your genuine ability, our goal is to make every customer feel comfortable, cared for and confident when they leave Oakridge.Applicant must have fashion retail sales/customer service experience.Will be working alongside management in areas of purchasing, receiving and displaying of product (fashion & gift)Our role needs include:* Strong Leadership Skills* Customer service and sales experience in the retail industry.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task* Ability to work efficiently, independently and in a fast paced environment.* All shifts - 2-3 days/week plus evenings as needed. Must be available to work weekends.
