Job Description

About the RoleRocketRez is hiring! We’re looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Assistant that will provide invaluable support to our Sales & Marketing team by owning our events and tradeshow projects, CRM system management/reporting/analysis, and providing day-to-day administrative support to our Chief Revenue Officer and Sales & Marketing team.Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Liaise with marketing, sales, product, and finance to drive lead generation and sales capabilities through to revenue, share insights, and centralize information
  • Oversee systems and data administration and improve data quality, analysis, and reporting using our CRM (HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel
  • Coordinate and manage sales events and tradeshows leveraging strong project management, time management, budget management, and planning skills
  • Drive post-event reporting and analysis activities and present to Sales & Marketing team with key learnings and recommendations
  • Provide responsive administrative and management support to the CRO using Microsoft Outlook tools and brilliance
  • Support the CRO, Sales, and Marketing team to create engaging content for buyers
  • Additional responsibilities as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar field preferred, but not required
  • Authentic, humble, collaborative, accountable, and always strive for excellence in execution.
  • Highly motivated to understand our customers and the business, and to deliver results
  • Organized, with a keen attention to detail
  • Sound analytical and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience successfully planning and executing corporate events and meetings
  • Enthusiastic with an affinity for details and data
