We are looking for a Scheduler (Part-time, Permanent) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and promoting inclusive societies. We provide a range of supports and services for people living with an intellectual disability in southeastern Manitoba.Reporting to the Human Resource Specialist, the Scheduler provides administrative support to Coordinators and Managers by implementing the coordination of full-time, part-time and casual staff for multiple locations, ensuring scheduling requirements are consistently met. As enVision Community Living requires some of its locations to have twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week coverage, with no unattended time, the Scheduler ensures that all vacant shifts are filled accordingly. This includes ensuring vacations, sick days, and leaves of absence are scheduled accordingly.
