local custom/spec/condo home builder requires a site supervisorduties include:

  • ensuring site is kept clean
  • scheduling trades
  • scheduling deliveries
  • scheduling inspections
  • small material runs
  • communicating and answering questions with trades
based on experience, it could include
  • purchasing,
  • estimating
  • design
