At Wendy’s we are looking for outgoing, energetic and positive Supervisors!Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team, they work with the management to provide direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer’s expectations.As a supervisor you would be responsible for daily operations and activities.Some of your basic responsibilities would include, assigning positions to the staff, monitoring their performance and following up on procedures. Ensure we are ready for the rushes with proper build to amounts and maintaining hold times and food safety standards. As a supervisor you will be expected to maintain a clean work environment and follow up on crew are completing their cleaning daily. Supervisors are a key role in helping to train new staff and cross train staff on all positions to create a more versatile work environment.You will be expected to monitor, sales, waste, labour, cash procedures, and health and safety. We have regular manager meetings that you will be expected to participate in.Customer service is another one of our top priorities as a supervisor.We are looking for supervisors who are available either anytime, during the day, evenings, or mornings.
