Job Description

I am looking for help in our small business’ office. The company was founded 29 years ago and most of our work involves clearing snow in Ottawa. While we have grown over the past number of years, we are hoping to find someone who can take us to the next level of growth and who would enjoy both the challenge and success when this happens.The ideal candidate would help with basic bookkeeping (sending invoices, tracking incoming payments, paying suppliers), helping answer clients’ questions via phone and emails, and help facilitate basic work orders to our employees.The home-based business is located in Stittsville. Some work can be done from the candidates home, particularly after the training period and as progress into our winter season.The time commitment each week is flexible, so this might be a great opportunity for those that are hoping for a varied schedule.
