At MPS we compensate the go-getters and overachievers by bonusing them based on their productivity.April-November: daily start time is 6:15am Monday-Friday (45-55 hours/week)YARD LOCATION: 15676 McCOWAN ROAD, STOUFFVILLE*Saturday work is optional and flexible, usually ½ days*Compensation: $20-28/hour + bonusesMPS is a rapidly growing company in one of the fastest professionalizing industries. Landscape teams work together to complete hardscape projects from start to finish, projects include:
  • Excavation and grading
  • Masonry – paving stone walkways/patios/driveways
  • Installation of natural stone and precast retaining walls and steps
  • Poolscapes
  • Carpentry - Pergolas, decks & fencing
  • Softscape and sodding
Wages range between $20.00-$28.00/hour based on previous experience and skills. The ideal candidate will have the following work experience and skills:
  • 1-2 years labour experience
  • 1-2 years experience in landscape construction
  • Skid steer and mini-excavator experience
  • The ability to take direction well and work in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and good communication
  • Strong work ethic
  • Minimum Class G Drivers License
