Social Work and Spiritual care programming in a combination of in and outpatient services. The Administrative Support III person is responsible to providing administrative support to these teams and all duties related to the office management for these programs.REPORTS TO: Manager, Therapies and Professional PracticeDATE REQUIRED: As soon as possibleSALARY: $23.13 to $24.50 per hourAPPLICANTS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE POSITION IS FILLED.QUALIFICATIONS:Education:- Minimum Grade 12 education- Completion of a two-year medical office administration certificateExperience: - Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.- Intermediate to expert level competence with MS Office and database applications.- Good working knowledge of general office practice and procedures.- Basic knowledge of statistics.- Previous experience in providing customer service to patients and internal and external partners.- Experience with MeditechAbilities: - Must have excellent computer and technical skills including data entry, Meditech Information System and Microsoft Office 2003 programs, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.- Must have well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal skills.- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, multi-task and be flexible.- Ability to work independently or within a multidisciplinary team environment.- Must have customer service focus with clients, internal and external partners.Please be advised that we are no longer accepting emailed or paper-based resumes.
