Job Description

We are looking to expand our team at Savour the Vapour Stratford! Retail and sales experience is preferred, including knowledge on vaporizers/e-cigerette, the vaping industry, hardware, and regulations. We take pride in our customer service and hold a high expectation in this area*.Retail Salesperson/Key Holder Job Duties:

  • Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
  • Directs customers by escorting them to particular retail items suited for them; suggesting items.
  • Advises customers by providing information on products and usage.
  • Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
  • Processes payments using a POS system; processing cash, and credit cards.
  • Open & Close duties (cleaning, organizing paperwork, inventory)
  • Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of sales and merchandise of potential interest.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets.
  • Must be able to work rotating weekends
