Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Cook. Good to have experience cooking traditional north Indian curries and tandoori items or we can provide training (willing to learn).We will be helping in any kind of immigration documentation as well (LMIA or experience letter).Competitive wage, depends on skill level. If interested please email your resume.Job Duties Include but not limited to: Prepare & cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

  • Ability to prepare sauces and curries as required
  • Must be able to prepare doughs, breads and meats in the Tandoor
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
  • Estimate food requirements
  • Plan menus, Ensure quality of food and portion control
  • While on duty keep the cooking area clean to make sure that the health and food safety standard are met
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $15.50-$20.00 per hourBenefits:

Experience:
  • Indian Curry/Tandoor Cook: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
  • Food Handler Certification (preferred)
