Job Description

Omex Manufacturing ULC located in Stratford, Ontario produces automotive parts for several major manufacturers, and our product portfolio includes a wide array of stamped, welded, and assembled components.We have an immediate need for General Labourers/Light Assembly/Machine Operators to join our rapidly expanding business.Requirements:

  • Follow part / process specific work instructions and verbal directions to meet the required production schedule and quality requirements.
  • Manually load and unload components into assembly cells.
  • Create first-off / last-off parts.
  • Complete quality inspections at predetermined intervals using calibrated fixtures and devices.
  • Ensure only quality parts are accepted and notify supervision and quality of any quality related issues immediately.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, machine safety check sheets, validations, quality inspections, production reporting, etc.
  • Operate the equipment in a safe manner consistent with the company policies, rules and procedures.
  • Computer literacy, an asset.

  • Shift Premium - $.50 per hr. Afternoons
  • Shift Premium - $.75 per hr. Midnights
  • Overtime pay after 40 hours
