Job Description

Omex Manufacturing, located in Stratford, ON has an immediate need for General Labourers/Light Assembly/Machine OperatorsOMEX IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTYStarting Rate - $18.35/hourShift Premium - $.50/hr AfternoonsShift Premium - $.75/hr MidnightsCompany Paid Benefits, uniforms provided, RRSP planRequirements:

  • Operate assembly machines and welders
  • Manually load the unformed or partly formed parts into the machine
  • Assemble parts according to work instructions
  • Check machine operations and report faults to Supervisor
  • Use batch and lot control counters
  • Complete necessary inspection forms
  • Tag all products, as necessary
  • Computer literacy, an asset
