Job Description

  • Putting product on skids by pallet code
  • Scanning kanban to generate manifests
  • Verify skid is complete and attach proper manifest to skid
  • Unloading finish good product from AGV
  • Loading returnables onto AGV
  • Sorting returnables into proper returnable lane
  • Packing parts from AGV into ropaks or racks
  • Placing kanban on racks or ropaks
  • Must to be able to match number & letters
  • Deliver returnables to production line
  • Operate material handling equipment, lift truck & tugger
  • Building cardboard boxes
  • Inventory counts
  • Maintain excellent 5S condition
  • All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Must have an excellent attendance record
  • Must be able to work overtime when required
  • Must have strong performance in current role
  • Heavy lifting is required – maximum 44 lbs
  • Demonstrated ability to follow all policies and procedures
  • Experience an asset, but not required
