Job Description

Magest Building Systems Limited is expanding! We are currently seeking Production Workers for our structural steel wall panel and truss assembly plant. Magest is locally owned and operated with strong ties to Stratford and surrounding communities. We are gearing up to grow the business and we want you to be part of that growth and success!Why Work at Magest

  • Starting wage is $18.50 per hour
  • We provide an annual safety boot allowance
  • Eligible for benefits after a successful probationary period
  • No shift work – Monday to Friday straight days
  • Paid vacation
  • Overtime is typically voluntary – some mandatory overtime is possible, but not regular
Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Ability to use a tape measure
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use power tools (specifically an impact drill)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills
