Job Description

TG Minto Corporation is a proud division of Toyoda Gosei, a World-class automotive supplier with 67 group companies in 17 countries. With locations in Palmerston and Stratford Ontario, we are a Tier1 supplier of injection molded interior/exterior parts & assemblies to Toyota and Honda. By working in one of our production departments, there are endless growth opportunities for an exciting and dynamic career in the Automotive Industry.Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting wages of $21.00/hr with progressive compensation growth to $23.15/hr at 18 months of service
  • Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
  • Company Performance Bonuses
  • Shift Premiums +$0.40 (Afternoon Shift) & +$0.50 (Night shift)
We offer a very extensive benefit program:
  • Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year)

General
  • Unload product & empty returnables from trucks
  • Load trucks with product and empty returnables
  • Ability to meet shipment window times
  • Verify correct product is loaded on truck in the proper sequence
  • Complete shipping paperwork with drivers
  • Notify leader tech or supervisor with any concerns when loading shipments
  • Must be able to operate lift truck in a safe manner
  • Lead and maintain 5S condition in the warehouse
  • All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines
  • Other duties as requested
Qualifications
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Must have an excellent attendance record
  • Must be able to work overtime when required
  • Must have strong performance in current role
  • Demonstrated ability to follow all policies and procedures
  • Experience an asset, but not required
  • Require a current lift truck license
  • No lift truck infractions
